Building God's Way construction is delivered through aligned BGW Builders across the country. Each aligned builder has a heart for ministry growth and is committed to Christian principles of relationships, stewardship, and outreach. As the project general contractor, these BGW Builders are carefully selected and trained based on their integrity and capacity to deliver quality facilities on your campus.
 
These award-winning construction partners work as the local BGW representative within your region. BGW School and Church Builders have are a key element in the BGW stewardship philosophy, ensuring the significant 20-30% savings on each project.

The Trinity Partnership
The architectural team, builder and owner work together in what we call the trinity partnership, and are fully committed to your ministry vision. Each regional Building God's Way Builder is carefully selected and is dedicated to maintaining and continually developing effective BGW construction strategies.

2. STEWARDSHIP

 
Pre-Construction Stewardship 
We believe that engaging subcontractors in the vision for your construction project leads not only to project savings, but also ministry opportunities. Pre-Construction Stewardship is an organized process coordinated by the BGW team to generate additional savings during construction.  This savings is measurable and significant to any ministry and is generated through both gift-in-kind and subcontractor negotiations and value engineering. 
 
Pre-Construction Stewardship is not a process that employs pressure tactics on subcontractors; it provides opportunities for them to come alongside your church in partnership.  This unique program leverages the linkage that each ministry has to the local subcontractor community as well as the expertise, knowledge and value engineering ideas of subcontractors during the design phases.  
 
In addition, Pre-Construction Stewardship provides better sequencing of construction processes and the knowledge of BGW experts who know “what to ask for” based on thousands of presentations throughout the United States and millions of dollars of gifts given to date. The program is also specifically coordinated with BGW Supply to reduce mark-up on items that are not purchased by sub-contractors and to enlist significant support from the local contractor community. 
 
BGW Supply
 
Due to our national reach and the number of church and Christian school projects we have completed throughout the United States, BGW Supply has been able to negotiate discounted rates with national suppliers on building materials, systems and furnishings.  This allows BGW Supply to leverage its purchasing power to pass along significant savings to ministries on the most innovative and top-quality materials, products and systems.

The true heart of Building God's Way is found in a program called the Ministry of Construction.  The Ministry of Construction is an organized outreach program coordinated between BGW, the local builder partner and the church or Christian school.  The goal is to show the love of Christ to those that are working to construct the new facility and to serve them throughout the duration of the project.  Throughout the years, we have seen our clients embrace this program and we have developed a wealth of unique ideas and strategies to reach out to subcontractors while they are building the facility.  Click here for more information
