About the Church

Pastor Terry (TL) Bates has served as the Lead Pastor of Faith Church for the past 15 years, leading it through a challenging turnaround process that has strategically positioned the church for significant influence and impact. Today the church conducts an annual "Feeding 5000 and More" (free food, backpacks and back-to-school supplies),has a weekly television ministry ("Discover Faith") and host various ministry conferences throughout the year that are designed to strengthen pastors and churches for greater ministry effectiveness.

The church is hosting the Build Your Vision Conference with a desire to assist pastor and churches in turning their dreams into reality by assisting them in three vital areas:
(1) Building Your Ministry (church health and church growth)
(2) Building Your Funding (ways to increase ministry funding)
(3) Building Your Facility (new space for new ministry)
