Building God's Way

Building God's Way is a comprehensive nationwide program for the design and construction of churches, ministry facilities and Christian schools/colleges. The Building God's Way team focuses on superior design, quality construction and significant savings while providing the support necessary to fulfill your vision.

Subsequent to his involvement with Christian Heritage School in 1995, founder Dan Cook was asked to provide advice to other Christian schools throughout the west. Following the 1998 introduction of Building God's Way, the company disengaged from its secular client base. After years of refinement, Building God's Way has grown to cover a series of services integral to the success of any building program.

· Building God's Way architectural services are conducted by Daniel Cook and Associates. A focused system of economical design elements result in high quality buildings that provide significant savings during initial construction and ongoing maintenance/operating costs.

· The unique support structure for the BGW design and construction process is one of a kind. DCA designers work with client organizations every step of the way: master plans, phasing decisions and local permitting. The BGW team offers training and ongoing support within the critical areas of Gift in Kind, Ministry of Construction, subcontractor negotiations and organizational structure.

· BGW Funding Solutions has the answers many ministries need to match funding potential to their building vision. This department works with you to incorporate fundraising, traditional financing, mortgage advisory services and internal member financing—based on the solution that's right for your ministry.

· Construction is delivered through a national network of fully aligned BGW Builder partners. These builders have a heart for ministry growth and are committed to Christian principles of stewardship, relationships and outreach.

· Building God's Way Supply offers factory direct pricing on the purchase of a wide variety of construction materials, facility equipment and furnishings. These are offered at reduced markup to clients in the BGW program—with no additional access fee. The savings on these materials alone often cover the cost of the BGW architectural agreement for services.
