DCA employs more than 100 staff members: architects, MEP engineers, intern architects, designers, drafters, estimators, project managers, and personnel in the departments of business development, marketing, accounting, IT networking and administration.

Daniel Cook and Associates began as a construction company in 1972. In 1975, owner Dan Cook became a registered architect and began his pursuit of architectural excellence while providing affordable solutions. DCA designed and built hundreds of projects with an estimated value in excess of $500 million in the Montana, Wyoming and Utah market areas from 1975 to 1995. These projects included public schools, churches, car dealerships, credit unions, municipal buildings, hotels and motels.

DCA developed an expertise in cost effective design and construction during that period of time. The company developed and dedicated its workload to Building God's Way in 1998, dissolving the construction company at that time. In late 2003 DCA was reorganized under the partnership of three Utah architects. Each of these men are evangelical Christians, members in good standing with the American Institute of Architects, and fully committed to the increase of beautiful, functional and affordable Christian worship and education space nationwide. Partners Dan Cook, Mark Hilles and Don Mahoney are active full time in running the business.

A/E Professional Liability Insurance: DCA has full professional liability insurance with 1 million dollar limits - $10,000 deductible. This can be increased on a project by project basis to take care of any client's specific insurance needs. In over 25 years, DCA has not had a claim for errors and omissions.
