Architectural Designer - (US-UT-Salt Lake City)

        Min Education: Bachelors
        Job Type: Full Time

Researches, plans, designs, and administers commercial (i.e. churches
and schools) building projects for clients by performing the following
duties:

Provides design solution to the needs of the local owner to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time. Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval. Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors. Prepares operating and maintenance manuals, studies and reports. Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment.

Requires a Master's Degree or a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and five
years of experience or any reasonable combination thereof. Experience can be progressive.
