Building God's Way has structured a support system that helps you through the entire design and construction process. These services not only allow you to grow your ministry but also add to the savings found with BGW. The BGW team provides training on this support system both during the Building God's Way Institute in Utah and during the onsite 50% Final Design visit by a BGW representative.

Ministry of Construction:

When construction begins at your jobsite, BGW supports your Ministry of Construction program to bring the Word of God to individuals involved. The BGW Team brings leadership along with shared program experiences, prayer support and continuing encouragement. Through weekly prayer/praise updates and program emails, the ministry department is the lifeline for evangelism programs and jobsite relationship building.

Community outreach, jobsite ministry, prayer campaign and team structure all provide ways for your constituents to become emotionally invested in the building program. BGW Funding Solutions:

Each BGW client completes the financial analysis prior to the preliminary design charette. This ensures your ministry understands your funding capacity versus the size/cost of the facility designed by the BGW architectural team. Gift in Kind/Subcontractor Negotiations:

This key ingredient in the BGW program provides significant additional savings and enhances the overall project experience within your community. Although The BGW team facilitates the subcontractor negotiation process.

If God has given you a ministry vision that includes new facilities, He will also move the hearts of those around you who can help accomplish that vision. Throughout the Bible, we see God moving the hearts of people to act when they normally would not. He still moves hearts in the very same way today. Gift in Kind is the donation of goods, services or labor to your jobsite—all gifts with the exception of cash. It often takes the form of discounts willingly provided by construction subcontractors who have a relationship with your ministry.

Your ministry begins on day one by bathing the process in prayer – praying for God's blessing through your focus on relationships, stewardship and faithfulness to His ministry vision. Building God's Way Supply:

Building God's Way Supply provides construction materials, finish products and furnishings from more than 80 manufacturers. This includes products from mechanical and electrical equipment to flooring and seating systems. These products are offered at a discounted margin to clients under the BGW architectural agreement for services.

BGW Supply representatives work with the BGW Builder and architectural team throughout the design and construction phases. This team approach ensures quality, cost control and scheduling/delivery accuracy. A Building God's Way Supply finish product consultation is scheduled prior to construction.
