Positioning Your Ministry for Growth

"Positioning Your Ministry for Growth" is a proven training resource for churches, organizational groups, regional groups and conferences. The focus is to provide spiritual, numerical and financial growth for three type of churches or organizations:

• Growing Churches/Organizations that have hit a growth barrier and need a strategy to go to the next level.
• Plateaued Churches/Organizations that have been at the same level for more than two years and need a "fresh-start" or "restart" strategy.
• Declining Churches/Organizations that need a "turnaround" strategy.

This resource and training examines each situation in the light of ten key areas. After completing a customized assessment for each area a Customized Strategic Ministry M.A.P. is developed indicating appropriate actions steps to be taken over an appropriate amount of time. Implementation can begin with the option of additional coaching and consulting services.

A "Positioning Your Church for Growth" training workshop can be provided for the benefit of local church; hosted by a local church for the benefit of a group of regional or fellowship churches; or hosted by an organizational group at the district, state, regional or national level.
