The Master Plan is a key step in creating a process for implementation of your ministry's mission and vision through the expansion of your campus facilities. From the initial site review to the development innovative solutions —the BGW design teams look for ways to uphold your requirements. The architectural master plan outlines the facility relationships on your land for campus expansion by phases. Steps within the Architectural Master Plan: Programming and existing site analysis On site charette with conceptual plans and phasing options Design finalization and consultant integration Design guideline document Additional services are available for master plan approvals, CUPS, neighborhood meetings or as requested by the client. Clients moving from a completed architectural master plan project into a BGW architectural agreement have the advantage of moving swiftly into a compatible facility design process. |
