Our Goal
The primary goal of the PYC solution is to help your church become stronger in attendance, ministry infrastructure and finances so you can expand your ministry impact, increase your outreach and even expand your facilities. A Positioning Your Church pastor consultant will come alongside the pastor or organizational leadership to support them in positioning their church(es) for ministry health and future growth. Pricing
Positioning Your Church is a resource created by Terry Bates, a Pastor for Pastors, and is available at a fraction of the cost of other consulting resources. Terry has a remarkable history of growing and planting churches and brings the experience, skills, humility and an inspired passion to help others. We offer three levels of church growth coaching that can be determined by the size of your church, state of your church and the depth you desire to pursue Positioning Your Church.
- initial coaching visit with up to 36 hours for onsite meetings
- meetings scheduled with the pastor and key leaders
- strategic written action plan
- one year coaching service: phone and email consultations available during the year

The Positioning Your Church Solution can also be hosted by your church for the benefit of regional or fellowship churches or by an organizational group at the district, state, regional or national level.
