Our Company
Strickland Construction Company, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Rogers Strickland in Raytown, Missouri. With a staff of just two in 1980, the company has grown to over 50 employees, some who have been with Strickland for 18 years. The company's commitment to quality and unparalleled customer service are guiding principles.
Strickland Construction supports employee involvement in civic and church organizations as well as funding college course work. The company has always maintained a compassionate and active role in helping those less fortunate in Kansas City as well as abroad.
The company's focus on civic and ministry involvement made a natural segue toward its BGW Builder partnership. Since their first Building God's Way project was completed in 2002, Strickland Construction has worked with more than 10 Christian organizations to support them in Building God's Way. Open Door Baptist of Kansas City, South Haven Baptist of Belton, Countryside Baptist of Olathe and Berean Bible of Olathe are all enjoying their new BGW worship centers constructed by Strickland Construction.
