Tom began his career in the financing group of General Electric, where he provided financing for corporate clients of GE for ten years.  He took this skill set into the banking environment where he provided financing for some of the largest companies in the United States.  He served those clients by providing long-range debt planning and comparative analysis of financing alternatives.  Tom managed teams across multiple states and trained bankers in best practices in lending.

In 2018 Tom left corporate banking to serve the body of Christ full time by working with churches and Christian schools in facility financing. Cornerstone Funding Consultants was created to provide financial clarity for Christian-based organizations desiring to move from the current status to the preferred future.

After 36 years as a lead pastor, Mark joined the team at SB Construction Group in 2019. He came to SB with a passion for cultivating relationships with pastors and other church leaders and with valuable experience in building church facilities. Over his career, Mark led the construction of six church buildings, the acquisition of three properties, eight capital campaigns, and the master planning for a successful church relocation. Dean has 30+ years of experience in the construction industry and throughout his career, he has had his hands in all aspects of the real estate development industry, including design-build firms, owner’s representation, architecture, and general contracting. Throughout this time, Dean raised 3 God-fearing kids, has 8 grandkids, and has been married to his wife Susie for 35 years.

In his free time, Dean enjoys being out in God’s creation and serving in every role at his church of 30 years including, children’s ministry, maintenance director, finance committee chairman, and as an elder board member at Mountain Park Community Church.
